Mitigating Social Fatigue

With the increasing technology adoption across all ages throughout population, number of social media users increases and shows no stopping. Positive benefits are widely reported with increased in well-being life satisfaction. On other hand, many have decided to take a detox or even discontinue use as they feel fatigued by it. This research aims study what factors that may lead fatigue well provide possible solutions help derived more positive compared negative ones. is conducted through an online survey 115 samples most coming from Gen- Z millennials, then analyzed SMART PLS 4 software. The findings three variables: boredom proneness, information overload depression correlation being significant seen p value (0,0000). concludes these variables significance fatigue.
